1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to the United States and select international locations. If you are located outside of the U.S., please check if we ship to your country at checkout or feel free to contact our customer service for assistance.

2. Shipping Methods and Times

We provide a range of shipping options to ensure that your orders reach you as quickly as possible. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are:

      • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
      • Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days)
      • Next-Day Shipping (1 business day)

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping destination, weather conditions, and other unforeseen factors.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

      • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S.
      • For orders under $50, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the shipping method and destination.

International Orders: Additional shipping charges may apply for international deliveries, and customs duties or taxes may be levied depending on your country’s regulations.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy sales periods or holiday seasons. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package’s journey and estimated delivery date.

6. Shipping Restrictions

      • PO Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
      • International Shipments: International customers may be required to pay additional duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

7. Delays and Lost Packages

While we strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible, there may be occasional delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or customs processing (for international orders).

If you believe your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team at info@glamparizz.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
