Refund and Returns Policy

At Glamparizz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with easy returns and refunds. Please read the details below regarding our refund and return policies.


1. Returns

We accept returns on most items purchased from Glamparizz within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order for the return to be eligible, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories still attached.
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

How to Return an Item:

  • Visit our Returns Page on the website or contact our customer service team at info@glamparizz.com to initiate your return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Criteria:

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return requirements (unused, unwashed, and in original condition).
  • Items purchased with discount codes or promotional offers are eligible for a refund, provided they meet our return criteria.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
    • Gift cards or personalized items.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect to verify the issue.

Steps to Report a Damaged or Defective Item:

  • Email us at info@glamparizz.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or defective item.
  • We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item or receive a replacement.

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.


6. Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Final Sale Items: Some products are not eligible for returns or refunds. These include sale items, gift cards, and personalized or customized products.
  • Gift Purchases: If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit instead of a refund.
