  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized artwork is not eligible for return unless damaged upon arrival.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made artwork is non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

  • Sale Items: If marked as “Final Sale,” these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Return an Item

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, follow these simple steps:

3.2 Return Authorization:
